Christina Brock, M.A. CMHC

Christina is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who is trained and experienced in providing individual and group counseling to adolescents and adults. Christina specializes in treating individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse & addiction disorders, and behavioral concerns. Christina’s evidenced-based treatment approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Before she began her work as a therapist, Christina worked as a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM). Her experience expands across a variety of mental health, not-for-profit, and government organizations. This includes working with adults in inpatient, community mental health, and those involved with the judicial system.
