A New Dawn, A New Beginning accepts payment from all major HMO’s, many PPO’s, Medicaid, & Medicare. Our office staff will assist you in verifying benefits and preauthorization requirements. A New Dawn, A New Beginning verifies mental health insurance coverage for all clients before their initial visit or when there is a change of insurance. This is to determine the conditions of coverage and any copay/deductible for which the client may be responsible. If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact the office as we can request authorization from your provider.

Self-Pay Options & Fees
Self-pay options are available; however, we do NOT currently accept payment using a sliding scale.
Our fees are as follows:
Therapy Sessions:
Individual Therapy
The initial session fee is $200.00. All subsequent sessions will be charged at the standard rate of:
60 minute session - $136.00
45 minute session - $102.00
30 Minute Session - $68.00
Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions will be charged at the standard rate of $50.00 per session.
Florida Parenting Divorce Class:
This class is completed over a 4 hour period and has a one time fee of $75.00. The course can also be completed online for $43.95. Please contact the office at 850-329-5776, to setup an appointment for the in-person class. To access the online course option, please click the link below:
Competency Evaluations & Immigration Assessments:
Please contact the office at 850-329-5776, to setup an appointment or obtain information about competency evaluations and immigration assessments. Fees for these services are determined on case by case basis and payment is required before services are rendered.
Miscellaneous Rates:
Phone Consultation: $120.00 per hour
Written Psychological Reports: $20.00 per hour
Court Testimony: $120.00 per hour (1 hour minimum payable in advance)
If there are pending court cases that will require a court appearance by a A New Dawn, A New Beginning provider, you are required to submit a $120.00 fee in advance for these services, 30 days prior to the court date.
Consultation: $50.00 per hour (such as IEP meeting, record review/correspondences)
Paperwork: $20.00 flat fee
Medical records: $14.00 flat fee
Treatment Estimates & Financial Obligations
No Surprises Act:
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, we are required to notify all healthcare consumers of your Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing”. This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by a non-participating provider and provide options to receive care from an in-network provider if we are not in network.
Payment Obligations:
Payment for therapy services is due before or at the time of your session.
A New Dawn A New Beginning reserves the right to potentially cancel your appointment or suspend the provision of therapy services due to an outstanding balance until the balance is paid.
A $10.00 administrative fee may apply to any balances extending beyond 30 days.
All clients are advised that a $35.00 fee may be charged for any missed appointments or appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
