Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the clinical director for our agency. She offers individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. As a trauma-informed clinician, Courtney specializes in the treatment of trauma related disorders and provides therapy for a variety of issues including trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, ADHD, and anxiety.

Courtney's therapy style draws upon Attachment Theory and cognitive behavioral principles. She utilizes evidenced-based treatment approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy Interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). She matches well with those who prefer a more structured, directive, and solution-focused approach. Courtney loves to help individuals uncover new perspectives and develop skills that will enhance their well-being and understanding, while bridging the gap between the past and present.

Before she began her work as a therapist, Courtney worked as a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager for 4 years within the judicial system and community-based mental health organizations.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching the Atlanta Braves, attending concerts, sharing quality time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
